Own what makes you different. Become an ICON. Get paid for it.
The exact visibility system I used to get clients on daytime television, turn podcast features into $100K+, and make The Pink Skirt Project a global movement.
ICON is a year of live coaching. I help you find what makes you different, then you learn how to get booked for it: stages, podcasts, content, and clients who pay more.
Guarantee: Send 30 pitches with our templates.
Not booked by month six? I coach you 1:1 until you are.

A brand gets you liked.
Only one thing gets you paid.
If nobody can say what you do, they'll lump you in with everyone else who “sort of” does the same work. And once you're in that pile, all that's left to compare is price.
When you own ONE thing, there's nothing to compare you to.
-

Say "Pink"
and you think of Barbie (or the Pink Skirt Summit 😉).
-

Say “Organizing”
and you think of Marie Kondo.
-

Say “Let Them”
and you think of Mel Robbins.
They didn't get there by being the smartest. They got good at one thing and repeated it long enough for the market to hand it to them.
Fourteen years in PR taught me who actually gets picked, and it was never the “best” one in the room and that’s because…
Different beats better.
You already have your ONE thing. You've just buried it, because it feels like the work you've always done.
An ICON isn't the best name on the list, she's the only one they thought of.
You already did the hard part. You got good.
This is for you if:
You're doing $10k or more and built a real business, but you're still not breaking through.
You watch people with less experience get the podcasts and stages you want.
You've tried courses, coaching programs, and doing it yourself with AI. None of it moved you.
You've been showing up everywhere, and nobody ever told you what to do when showing up isn't converting the way you want it to.
If you got invited to be on a stage tomorrow, you’d be scared you’d mess it up.
You're done chasing the sale. You want to be asked!
One year can change everything.
NOW
Your business runs on referrals and word of mouth, and nothing outside that
The referral went to someone who is more “well known”
Someone with less experience keeps getting the stage
You show up everywhere and nothing comes of it
Being seen feels like being judged

A YEAR FROM NOW
Your name comes up in rooms you're not standing in
People know exactly what YOU do and can describe it in one sentence
Trail blazers are reaching out to you instead of you pitching them
Every appearance brings leads, clients, and an extra zero in your bank account
You raise your rates, because you are in a category of ONE.
Picture a woman who calls herself a business coach.
She's 1 of 40,000 of them, priced against every other $500/month offer, and the 15 years she spent in healthcare is a nice little bonus at the end of her bio.
Same woman. Same offer. Introduced instead as “the positioning strategist for healthcare founders who need to hold their own in a room full of doctors.” Now she's compared to almost nobody, priced against an agency, and those 15 years are the entire reason she gets hired.
Nothing changed except what she claimed.
“
Before working with Renée, I was guessing at my PR approach.
She helped me nail my positioning, craft targeted pitch angles, and showed me exactly how to pitch and follow up with a niche-down strategy.
I pitched a handful of people and secured three podcast bookings. Those three shows brought in over $100,000 in revenue.
Renée's approach is strategic, specific, and it works.
If you want a PR strategy that actually converts, she's the real deal."
— Callan Faulkner
Everybody starts at the top.
That's the mistake.
Almost everybody starts at the top and then wonders why nothing converts. Visibility multiplies whatever you've already got. If what you're known for is vague, every stage and every post just spreads the vagueness faster.
So we build in one order, and we never skip a layer. Let me introduce you to the ICON Framework...

05. CONVERSION
-
Being visible isn't the same as being paid. What to do in the 72 hours after an appearance, how to turn one stage into four, and how to price before the invitation lands.
04. AUTHORITY
-
How one yes becomes a standing invitation. The relationships with hosts and organizers, and the Authority Vault: media kit, speaker sheet, proof library, so you never build one from scratch.
03. VISIBILITY
-
Your dream list of shows and stages, plus the Pitch Library: including the subject line that gets opened by producers who ignore 300 pitches a week. And the follow-up everybody skips right before it works.
02. MESSAGE
-
Your Signature Message: your story, the 30-second version that makes a booker lean in, your bios, your talk titles, and the first eleven seconds of an introduction.
01. POSITION
-
The sentence that makes someone go, "oh, that's what she does". We write Your Only Line™, test it out loud, and fix what doesn't land. Nothing above this layer works until this one is right.
CONFIDENCE
-
Every layer asks something of you before you feel ready. You don't get that from a lesson, you get it one rep at a time, which is why every Q & A opens with a wins round.
Stop building a personal brand.
Own a position.
Three ways you get unstuck.
-
LIVE COACHING
The strategy and the tactics, taught live every week.
30 minutes with me, working one layer of the system at a time. Not a recorded library you'll “mean to get to.” You leave every call with a piece of it built.
-
THE HOT SEAT
Thirty minutes where you put your own work in front of me.
Bring the pitch that isn't landing or the opportunity you don't know how to answer, and we'll fix it live. You learn from the room's problems and they learn from yours.
-
THE COMMUNITY
Founders at your level, between the calls.
Our private network gives you 24/7 access to women at your stage. Watch replays, workshop your pitch, troubleshoot what's not working, and get answers from people who've already solved it.
“
Renee’s PR work with me was a catalyst. I didn’t even really know what PR was before. She helped me define my niche, search for the right platforms where my audience was listening and looking, then expertly crafted the messaging to pitch myself
For the past three years my team has been executing the playbook, getting me on more and more relevant podcasts and stages.
Writing a best-selling book requires you to get more visible than you ever would have imagined. I’m working with professional PR services too now because I’m ready for more international visibility. I'm Times Square and TedX bound baby! (Putting it out there)
By being consistent with Renée’s playbook for three years, I’ve accomplished more to borrow other people's audiences than I ever could have on my own.

This is what a year of not playing small looks like.
Start the month you're accepted.
No cohorts, nothing to wait for. Your onboarding unlocks the day you join, so you show up to your first call ready to work, with a draft positioning statement already in hand. One hour live, every week. 40 minutes of coaching and 30 minutes of open Q & A, then two or three hours of your own work between calls, with a clear next step so you're never guessing.
Rotating focuses every week.
Positioning, then messaging, then visibility, then authority, then conversion. Each month closes with a Q and A or an expert session.
-
Your onboarding unlocks: three short videos with workbooks. The first shows you why you've been invisible. The second digs your difference out of your own story and experience. The third gets it written down as one sentence you can test.
-
You share your positioning on a live call. We find the part that lands and the part that makes people squint, and we fix it.
-
Your pitch list is built, your first pitches go out, and your content starts saying the same thing your pitch says.
-
You're pitching properly now, and we keep rewriting until one lands. This is also where you learn how to work an appearance so it brings you leads and not just a clip.
-
The replies start coming. You'll know which invitations to take, and what to do in the 72 hours after one.
-
You're being asked instead of chasing and you can charge more, because a woman with a category of her own can set the price.

ICON transforms you from invisible to iconic — so you become the expert everyone wants, remembers, and hires without the hustle.
A Quick Note From Renée
For years I was the PR girl. That's what people called me for, and I was good at it. I built my first agency to six figures with a team of 12 in the same year I had two babies. I knew how to grow a company. What nobody asked me, including me, was whether PR was what I wanted to be known for. The market picked it and I let it.
Then one night I was on my laptop at 9 p.m. and my husband Dan asked what I was doing. I said "Checking emails." He paused before re-asking and said “No, but really. What are you doing?”
I started to cry.
Two months later, I sold that agency.
Then came the "now what?!" The answer landed at a dinner with friends. We were going around the table defining success, and when it got to me I saw it, clear as day. Me on stage in front of thousands of women, a standing ovation, a bright pink skirt I'd never seen before. That was the seed.
I didn't have a plan. I had a skirt and a room full of women who didn't exist yet. So I wrote it down, told a few friends, and started building like it was already real.
And it was easier than the agency. Way easier. The rooms filled. Sponsors came to us. The work I actually wanted landed in my inbox without me chasing it. I was working less and it was working more.
Thirteen years I'd been good at something I never picked. The market handed me a label, I was competent enough to keep it, and competent is a very comfortable trap.
Being good at it is not the same as choosing it.
Whatever you keep almost admitting, you'll admit it eventually. I'd just rather it didn't take you thirteen years.
Come do it now. I'll be right here.
Frequently asked questions…
-
Because every one of those handed you a template. Follow the funnel, post the carousel, use the pitch script. And it worked great, for the person who wrote it. If what you're known for is fuzzy, or sounds like the other 400 women who bought the same course, nothing you stack on top of it will hold. We start way earlier than that. Before the funnel, before the content, we dig into your story and pull out what actually makes you different. It's slower work, and most courses skip it because it doesn't fit in a template. But you'd never build a house without pouring the foundation first, and this is the foundation.
-
Now. There are no cohorts and nothing to wait for. Your onboarding unlocks the day you join, so you arrive at your first call with a draft positioning in hand (i.e. Your Only Line™), whether that's week one or week thirty.
-
One hour a week live. Two or three on your own. Now add up what you spent last week rewriting one caption four times, staring at a blank Canva, and Googling "how to get on podcasts." Yeah. You have the time. You're just spending it on the wrong thing! 🙂
-
A speaking spot, a podcast interview, or a media feature that you land after joining. Your own podcast doesn't count and neither does a friend's Instagram Live. If you've done the onboarding, shown up to the calls, and sent 30 pitches with our templates by month six without one of those, I coach you 1:1 until you have it.
-
Yes. Positioning isn't an online thing or a coaching thing, it's a being-picked thing. This room has women who sell online and women who run clinics, studios, shops, and practices, plus consultants and product founders alongside the coaches. If someone has to describe what you do before they hire you, you're in the right place.
-
Good. Almost nobody does when they join, and if you already knew it, you wouldn't need the first two months. Finding it is the work. Your onboarding videos dig it out of your own story before your first call, so you show up with a draft and we sharpen it from there.
You don't need a bigger personal brand.
You need a position nobody else can touch.
It’s time to claim your damn spot.
